Women implement the Factory Method Pattern??? >>
Passionate people get it right?
Just a quick thought while I work on my next major entry. Why is it that passionate people get it right? Now, not all of them do, but some just seem to know how to do things right. Is it passion, or am I confusing passion for intelligence or another unnamed human (or possibly not) attribute?
Why you ask am I pondering this? Well... I sat down at my computer this morning to start a day’s work. Fired up
Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 3
and headed over to
hand drawn games
(you have to go there). A few hours into the day, a notification icon popped up and told me that Mozilla Firefox 3 beta 4 was available. Click, click, click and I was done!
I have to say that I LOVE (no bias here) Firefox 3, there are some who do not like it and each to their own (bla bla bla), but having run the latest beta of
Internet Explorer 8
there is no comparison.
One gives you a 100kg
(220.4622621 pounds for some)
rucksack full of everything (including the bath) adds a little more stuff so you can be “safe” and sends you out into the scary world of the interweb.
The other gives you a day-pack and says “pack what you want, this is your life”
*Beautiful!*
* but wait... I have to admit the
function in I.E. 8 is rather cool, thanks Apple.
